It's slightly annoying to me when people rephrase a statement that someone else made and try to make it sound like they came up with the statement in the first place. It's unsettling how some people at work fish for constant praises and accolades with no regard to what they're actually capable of, just so they can look good in front of the big wigs. I would like to think that management has enough awareness to see through people like that.
