Instead, i've been sitting here for the past 45 minutes catching up on people's blogs and xangas. i often wonder what its like to be in other people's shoes - whether they're in a good or bad situation. I wonder how i would react to the given situation, i wonder if i would have reacted differently, i wonder if i would be able to handle the stress, i wonder if i would be able to endure the pain, i wonder if i'll ever experience certain things for myself, i wonder.....
change. i think i handle change a lot better when i'm the only person it affects, but that's rarely the case. change usually involves a party of people and when it poses the possibility of negative outcomes for anyone in that group, i'm adverse to change. but what happens if the change is good for half the group and not so good for the other half? or what if the change is good for me, but not so good for the rest of the group? i would have to say that prayer is your only answer.
i'm going to make good use of this day off. it's unusual for me to have all this time to myself. what to do, what to do? who am i kidding...i always have a never-ending list of things to do.
HAPPY 50TH CBC!!!
